This particular dune is the High Dune. I have no idea how many of the dunes actually have names, but the taller ones evidently do.

Who would have thought you'd find dunes like this in Colorado?

This dune is 650 feet high. You really need to look closely to see the guy that's almost at the summit. There's actually another dune in the park somewhere that's about a hundred feet higher.

The wind was blowing about 20-25mph, blasting sand all over the place. It was exhilarating!
